We can project manage new builds according to client and architectural plans. We manage the groundwork and foundations whilst maintaining health & safety standards and building regulations on site. We specialise in domestic property builds but we also have experience in large commercial steel frame constructions.
We build all types of loft conversions using steel or timber frames. We replace or reinforce existing roof timbers and make good the existing roofing felt and slate or tile materials. Our experienced workforce will take care of electrical installation, plumbing and heating installation, tiling, decorating and all joinery including staircases.

We have skilled corgi registered plumbers available to carry out emergency plumbing and repair work 24 hrs a day. Our services include all aspects of plumbing, bathroom and kitchen installation, gas appliances, Gas Engineer Services, heating and servicing, boiler refits, gas Leaks, Gas Safety Inspections and Landlord Safety Inspections.

TOTAL FLOORING SERVICE
We supply and install complete floor heating systems (Water or Electric) for stone, tile, wood and laminate floor finishes. The underfloor heating systems are designed to produce the optimum heat distribution in any room. This can realise energy savings of up to 10% on well insulated floors and no need for unsightly radiators.
